My protein intake has shot up a good 10 - 15g a day with that! Enjoying it for what its worth!
Water today started good and dropped way the hell off. I'm sitting here thinking... yeah, that didn't go well. I think maybe 12oz in the workday. Frak. Tomorrow on the scale is going to suck, but that's my fault. I can't just look at the water sitting there, I have to drink it!
Today was a little light on food, I forgot to add protein powder into my pumpkin shake, so thats 9g of protein I'm missing today. However, I think I'm doing pretty good! And for a visual change of pace, here is a little clip of my food spreadsheet and what I ate today:

What is Noosa yogurt? I've never heard of that brand. I don't know why that surprises me since there are probably a lot of brands I haven't heard of before.

Noosa Yogurt! very yum! Its a new brand that we found at, surprisingly, Target, now I've seen it at Kroger and Whole Foods. My Favorite is the strawberry/Rubarb. Its made in Colorado, but by some "australian yogurt culture secret", or some such marketing that caught my eye. Pretty good. 8oz containers, which makes for 2 breakfasts. :)
ReplyDeleteMy protein goal is 75 - 80g. But every day I'm over 70 is a good one in my mind.
My real issue is the water now. I feel full and don't want to "flush" the food out, so I'm not drinking as much as I should. Need to stay on it.
