Wedensday workout

got my wednesday workout in.

Bike - 5min
trot over to the gym
dynamic warm ups

gobblet squats
30lbs kettle bell x 2 sets x 8 reps

deadlifts
135 x 3 sets x 5 reps

Pushpss
45 x 5 reps
65 x 3 sets x 5 reps

2x 30secon planks.  Finally feeling some more progressin my ab strength!

:) 

work is killing me right now... so back to it.

    1. you can do planks ANYWHERE... not that you would want to, but the comfort of your own bedroom is good. :)
