So yeah... this girl is all... boohoo I'm not losing weight and I don't know why... THIS IS WHY.
POOR EFFING CHOICES. M&M's and Licorice, and Pie and Ice cream.....one in the day - sure. All three. That is why you are up on the scale again.

If I had just cut out the M&M's and the licorice, I would have been at 1,500 and 100. THAT would be a reasonable day. Not this.
So yeah. Food picture day for the win. Time to re-evaluate my lunch packing and get this sorted out.
You really did well aside from a few choices. It is good that you've identified what you did wrong and you can move forward! One day at a time :)
ReplyDeleteexactly. I should have known that I was fooling myself for the last while. I'm glad that I took a day to identify what I was doing.

I do the same thing. Eat healthy 80% of the time but the other 20...well, yeah there are certain things that DO NOT need to cross my lips or at least certainly not on a daily basis. Good job on pinpointing what's going on. It's easy to let the calories/treats sneak back in. It's harder to stay on task. You will get there!!!
