It's been a rough week. I'm not looking after myself and the scale is showing it. My body is feeling it. I am hating it!
Of course, what I hate is my inability to make more change happen when I need it. Or rather faster.
I am making the changes.
More water has been drank. Movement in the #2 department is happening. And I did get in my workout today and a short bike session on Wednesday.

ReplyDeleteAs I was trying to say, we all have days where we feel that we haven't made the changes....but it's the little change (the little ways of thinking) that are the key. Overtime these will build up to bigger changes...it's not real to change a life time of habits and behaviours in a short few months.....keep up the great work....you will work through this...
No worries - I hear you on the seperate blogs, it happens. I have a crafting blog and always fear that I'm going to comment while logged into that one too.
