Yesterday I drank 1 cup of water in the morning and one cup of water at home.
It has also been a solid 2 weeks since I drank you on a regular, even.... semi-adequate basis.
Today you have shown me the error of my ways, ... 242.8 today. YUCK.
Not only that, but I feel HORRIBLE. Bloated, cranky, tired and sore. Last night I had a salt attack! My body is telling me I'm not getting enough and its holding onto every last drop.
Time to get back on the water wagon.
Yesterday, I had a stupid eating day and felt terrible, like you describe. I'm not certain why I can't remember how old and stiff in the joints I feel when I eat stuff I shouldn't eat. Because it's not a very happy feeling at all. But I'm back on track today. :D

DeleteMore than anything else, I struggle with getting my water in. It is something that I can easily forget to do, and it always bites me in the scale. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI am the water warrior, never go anywhere without it. That being said, there are rare days when I glance at the clock and it's 1pm and I've had NO water. Guilt immediately sets in. You are on the right path by recognizing you are lacking!
