Weights last night, benchpress volume night, hanging knee raises, and then hanging ring rows.
Weigh in ths morning, 235.8.

Hitting that workout hard, good for you! Doing great on the weight loss too. I'm also trying to get more water in but it seems so hard to do right now after the surgery. I'm sure in time I'll be able to increase it.
