trot over to the gym
dynamic warm ups
gobblet squats
30lbs kettle bell x 2 sets x 8 reps
deadlifts
135 x 3 sets x 5 reps
Pushpss
45 x 5 reps
65 x 3 sets x 5 reps
2x 30secon planks. Finally feeling some more progressin my ab strength!
