And I was wondering where I was going wrong.... Girl. Wake up! Photoing all the foods I ate today....
Coffee + creamer
1/3 c rhubarb yogurt, 1/3 c fage 2%, 2tbls holy crap cereal
Giant chai latte, almond milk.
Skim milk moz cheese sticks.
Mini York peppermint patties
Lobster from the 1/2 lobster roll & 1/3 of the bread.
Fruit??? Nope sugar.... With.....
And that is where the pictures stopped. However, I had another cookie, cause the fire is burning why not throw some sugar on it.
Dinner was an Amy's mac and cheese frozen dinner with 1/2c of peas... The only vegetable I had all day.
F*ck me.
I'm right there with you on the sugar overload. This time of year sucks! I think I've had a piece of cake everyday. I feel like carbs are a worse addiction than cocaine sometimes. Once they get in your body, it's like a freakin' feeding frenzy begins. It makes you feel like crap and gets you all off track. I'm there with you on the water too. I think yesterday was the first day in a week that I might have gotten 50 ounces in. Bad bad bad. Here's to doing better today and taking one day at a time. Hang in there.
ReplyDeleteHappily, the only good thing that I did yesterday was get in more water. Phew, getting back on trnd with that for sure. Jeez, you are so right, once the sugar hits me, thats it. Hook line and sinker.
DeleteUgh, I know what you mean about sugar taking over. Once you start it sure is hard to stop. What is it that eggface always says? Make your next meal the right one. Something like that. Anyway, it takes a lot of courage to photo-document your shortcomings...next step is getting off the sugar train! YOU CAN DO IT!
ReplyDeleteThe bun is going to act like sugar in your body too. I would have wanted even more sugar, had I eaten like that. (And I sure have eaten like that!) I am very susceptible to cravings. I eyed powder sugar donuts in my home today--but just sighed at the thought of getting cravings going again. I just got rid of the cravings that started from Thanksgiving day. :D
