I like excel, and numbers and graphs and stuff!! Especially when it comes to this weight loss journey. I weigh in everyday (almost) and I log and track it all, I didn't want to do it at the start. The scale my worst enemy, and it was really difficult through my life to make myself weigh in. So, at times like these, I'm glad that I made myself do it.
I've not been doing great the last few months, but there are changes. They are just easy to overlook. So I did this little comparison to show me that even though I don't feel it... downwards trends are happening.
June, July, August and (most of) September:
That actually looks quite good. It looks like you're down from the beginning of summer. Nice work!!! :D
ReplyDeleteIt seems like the end of July was very good to you, but I love that this clearly shows that your highest weight was in June and the trend is definitely down since then. :) Was there anything going on that last bit of July that could explain what was going on with that big dip at the end? You can be on track now to repeat it. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea. I weigh every day but I need to record it like you do. I only record it if there's a loss lol I also keep up with my measurements and progress pictures monthly...they help too. Although sometimes I have a mental block and can't see a difference. Oh well. Keep up the good work and that's awesome you rented out your garage apartment so fast.
